My View Camera. A 5x7 Seneca View Improved, equipped with a 10" Speed Graphic Lens, circa 1910
Stack of Logs, Rocky Point, NY, 9-2011
This photo was taken with film on my 100 year old 5x7 Seneca View Camera. The exposure was an inaccurate 1/2 sec. @ f/11 (these old lenses never keep their time). The print was made on glossy, grade 2 Fotokemika Emaks, "burned" for 8sec. @ f/11. The photo was scanned and left as is to keep it true to the original print.
This photo of my daughter Liv was taken on the Seneca View using glossy, resin coated, 200 iso photo paper for a negative. The negative was scanned and inverted in Photoshop to make the positive. A little over exposed but still really cool! And Livy loves being on both sides of the camera!
